1.1 Services:
Cancellation requests for services must be submitted in writing to Contact@rajtechventures.com at least 1 days before the scheduled service date.
A 10-20% cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
1.2 Products:
Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support at Contact@rajtechventures.com.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests are subject to our return policy (see Section 2).
- Refund Policy
2.1 Services:
Refunds for services are issued based on the following criteria:
Full refund if the cancellation request is received within 3 days before the scheduled service date.
90% refund if the cancellation request is received within 2 days before the scheduled service date.
No refund for cancellations within Same days of the scheduled service date.
2.2 Products:
Refunds for physical products are issued based on the following criteria:
Full refund if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase.
5% restocking fee may apply for cancellations after the product has been shipped.
Products must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Refunds for services will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the approved cancellation.
3.2 Products:
Refunds for products will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
